A proposal needs one fact
Wait for the client to confirm scope, compare it with the brief, then prepare an updated recommendation.
STOP BEING THE MESSAGE RUNNER
Your agent is waiting for one answer. Keeploop can bring that answer back to the session, so you do not have to watch your inbox and paste it in.
Follow the handoff"I need Maya's delivery date."
A short email, checked before it goes.
"Thursday works. Use the revised brief."
Read the answer. Revise the recommendation. Prepare the next draft.
Illustrative timing. Requires a supported session, configured delivery and any approval your rules require.
THE INBOX IS NOT YOUR JOB QUEUE
Let your agent identify the missing detail and draft the question. Review it, send it, then set a focused monitor for the reply.
When a match arrives, Keeploop can deliver it to the connected session. Supported local agents can also reopen a closed session, under your wake rules.
Use the project context to draft one clear question. Sending still follows your permissions.
Check the sender, thread and expiry. Confirm where the reply will go.
The agent reads the response as information, not new instructions. It can reassess the plan and prepare the next allowed action.
PUT IT TO WORK
Start with one real dependency. Keep the next step small and explicit.
We are blocked on Maya confirming the Cedar delivery date. Find the current email thread and draft a concise question. Show me the draft before sending. After it is sent, watch this thread for 24 hours and tell me exactly how this session will receive the reply.
Requires Mail, drafting and Pro monitoring. Sending and monitor creation follow your rules. Do not create a monitor until its scope is confirmed.
When Maya replies, read the full thread and compare the answer with our shared project note. Tell me whether the missing information is resolved, revise your recommendation, and prepare a reply for review. Do not send it or change files.
Use a supported connected session. Closed-session background runs are restricted; approved extra connectors may be needed for other tools. Automatic wake must be explicitly allowed on your Mac.
Before I step away, check this monitor: what reply is it watching for, when does it expire, which session receives it, and what happens if that session closes? If the route is unavailable, tell me rather than promising to continue.
A useful preflight for any monitored task. Keep your Mac awake, online and Keeploop running; AI availability and provider usage limits still apply.
CHOOSE A REAL NEXT STEP
Wait for the client to confirm scope, compare it with the brief, then prepare an updated recommendation.
Watch the hotel's reply, check it against the arrival email, then summarize the options. No booking without approval.
Watch the review thread, collect the answer and draft the team update. Publishing stays a separate decision.
Claude Code and Codex CLI support restricted local background wake. Other clients may open an app, receive a subscribed event or notify you instead.
Wake asks by default. Automatic continuation needs an allowed wake rule and a working delivery route. A closed-session wake is not an unrestricted coding run, a guarantee of instant delivery or a promise that every cloud bot can resume. Check the monitor's actual status in Settings.
