Keeploop Beta Terms

DRAFT for review. Not yet approved.

Effective date: [TO CONFIRM: set on public launch]

Keeploop is offered by Zach Moss Productions, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("we", "us").

These terms cover the Keeploop app for macOS, its connector, and the Keeploop plugins for Claude Code, Cursor and other AI apps ("Keeploop") during the beta. By installing or using Keeploop you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Keeploop.

The short version

Using Keeploop

AI apps and actions taken on your behalf

Keeploop lets AI apps you connect search and read your mail and, only where your permissions allow it, save drafts and send email for you. AI models make mistakes. Review what they propose before you approve it. Keeploop's default is to ask you on your Mac before anything is sent, and you can block sending entirely. You are responsible for the messages sent from your accounts, including those you let an AI app send.

The beta, licenses and payment

Plugins and open source

The Keeploop plugin files published at github.com/keeploopapp/claude-plugin are available under the MIT License. The Keeploop app itself is proprietary: you may use it, but you may not copy, modify, redistribute or reverse engineer it except where the law allows. Open source components inside the app are covered by their own licenses, listed in the app.

Feedback

If you send feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve Keeploop without owing you anything for them.

No warranty

Keeploop is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that Keeploop will be error free or uninterrupted, or that it will work with every mail account, macOS version or AI app.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits or messages sent or not sent, arising from your use of Keeploop. Our total liability for any claim about Keeploop is limited to the amount you paid for Keeploop in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Ending use

You can stop using Keeploop at any time by uninstalling it (see Support). We may end or suspend the beta, or a beta license, at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version is published at this address with a new effective date. If you keep using Keeploop after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these terms or Keeploop will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
