GOOD QUESTIONS
A few things
you might wonder.
What does Keeploop actually do?
It connects supported apps on your Mac to your AI app. Your AI can find context and help with tasks using only the access you allow.
Does Keeploop get a copy of my messages?
No. Keeploop reads locally on your Mac. Your data stays on your Mac. When you use Keeploop from a web or phone AI app, our connection service passes requests to your Mac and results back. It never stores them. Information returned to your connected AI is handled by that AI provider. Read the privacy policy.
Which AI apps can I use?
On this Mac: Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor and other apps that support MCP. On the web and phone: Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Grok Bot, Muse and Poke. See every app.
How do web and phone AI apps reach my Mac?
Through one URL for everyone: https://mcp.keeploop.app/mcp. Sign in and pair your Mac in Settings > Remote access. Add the URL to your AI app. Then approve the app on your Mac. Your Mac must be on, with Keeploop running. Prefer no Keeploop server in the path? You can use your own tunnel instead. See the steps.
Can my AI send things without asking?
You choose. Block prevents an action, Ask requires your approval, and Auto allows the actions you have chosen to trust. Review your settings before enabling Auto.
What do I need?
An Apple Silicon Mac with macOS 26 or later. Set up Apple Mail to use mail features. Other sources need their own permissions or connection.
What happens after the Pro trial?
The trial lets you try every Pro feature. Searching and reading every source you chose stays free, from AI apps on the same Mac. Buy Pro once to keep drafts, sending, monitors, your writing voice, alerts and web and phone AI apps.
Can I use Keeploop on more than one Mac?
Yes. Pro covers up to 3 Macs per Keeploop account. Web and phone AI apps need Pro or the free trial; AI apps on the same Mac work on Free. To switch Macs, remove the old one on your account page. Compare plans.
How do refunds work?
Pro has a 30-day refund policy. Contact [email protected] for help with an order.
