YOUR FIRST WEEK

Make it useful.
One small step at a time.

Try every Pro feature before you decide. Start with one question you actually need answered, then build from there.

No card. Nothing to cancel. Your AI service is separate.

Already installed? Start below. Otherwise, check download availability and installation. This page does not change settings or save progress.

NOT SURE IT FITS?

Ask the AI you already use.

Paste this into ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant. It reads our plain-text summary and gives you a straight answer for your setup.

PASTE INTO YOUR AI
Read https://keeploop.app/llms.txt. Based on what you know about how I work and the apps I use, tell me honestly whether Keeploop would help me. Give me 3 concrete use cases for my setup, and tell me what it would not help with. If you cannot open the link, say so instead of guessing.

Copying stays in your browser. Your AI may get things wrong; check its answer against this site.

01 / TODAY

Choose one source.

Mail is a useful place to begin. You can leave everything else off.

Watch: choose your sources
  1. Open Keeploop on your Mac, then Settings > Sources.
  2. Choose Read only for Mail. Pick the account and folders you want to share.
  3. Read any macOS permission request. Approve only what you intend to use.
You are ready when

Your chosen Mail account is included, and Settings shows no outstanding setup request for it.

My source is unavailable

Check the source's setup instructions and any macOS permission request. Do not enable unrelated sources to fix it. Open troubleshooting.

Each AI can use only the sources you allow for that connection.

02 / TODAY

Connect the AI
you already use.

Start with one supported app. Add another when a real task needs it.

Watch: connect an AI app
  1. For an AI app on this Mac, open Settings > Connect and follow its setup action.
  2. For a web or phone AI app, sign in and pair your Mac in Settings > Remote access. Then add the Keeploop URL to the app. Steps for each app. Your Mac must be on.
  3. Review the connection request on your Mac. In the AI app, enable Keeploop and ask for a setup check.
PASTE INTO YOUR CONNECTED AI
Use Keeploop to check my setup and explain which sources you can access. Do not change anything. If Keeploop is not available, say so.
You are ready when

The assistant actually calls Keeploop and reports the expected source access. Saying it is connected without a tool call is not the test.

The AI cannot find Keeploop

Return to that app's setup instructions in Settings and check whether Keeploop is enabled in the chat. An approval request may still be waiting on your Mac. Get connection help.

Provider support varies. A new connection needs your approval on your Mac; adding the URL does not finish the connection.

03 / YOUR FIRST USEFUL ANSWER

Ask about something
that matters today.

Find one message. Check the source. Tomorrow, try it again.

Watch: your first useful prompt

Replace the name and topic below. Start with a thread you recognize so you can tell whether the result is right.

A SMALL FIRST WIN
Use Keeploop to find Maya's latest email about the Cedar project in the mail I share. Summarize what changed, cite the message, and tell me what remains uncertain. Do not send or change anything.
You are ready when

You can open the original message and confirm that the answer reflects it. Missing information should be named, not guessed.

It found the wrong thing, or nothing

Use an exact sender, subject or date. Check that the correct account and folder are shared. Get search help.

Make tomorrow easier

Keep this chat handy. Add Calendar if you want a morning brief. Try a Mail draft when you are ready to choose draft access and review its approval rules.

In Keeploop, Settings > General > Make it useful today has more starter prompts. Recurring briefs require scheduling support in your AI app; this page does not schedule anything.

04 / LATER THIS WEEK

Let the reply
come back to the work.

Try one narrow monitor before relying on it while you are away.

Watch: a monitored reply
  1. Choose a real task waiting on someone's answer. Ask your agent to draft the question, then review it before sending.
  2. After it is sent, ask for a monitor with a clear sender, thread and end time.
  3. In Settings > Monitors, open your monitor. Check Tell me by and When the chat is closed. Keep your Mac awake, online and Keeploop running.
CONFIRM THE HANDOFF
Watch for the reply in this email thread until tomorrow. Before creating the monitor, confirm the sender, matching criteria and destination with me. Explain whether this session receives the match, can resume if closed, or only gets a notification. Do not promise a route that is unavailable.
You are ready when

The monitor's Details show an updated Matches count and Last match time, and the reply reaches the intended session or alert destination. Confirm both before leaving it unattended.

A match did not reach my agent

Open the monitor and check Details, Tell me by, Mac availability and wake status. Use a notification if that client has no supported session route. Get monitor help.

Monitors need Pro. Wake asks by default; automatic wake needs an allowed rule on your Mac. Claude Code and Codex CLI support restricted background wake. Other clients may open an app, receive a subscribed event or only notify. A reply is information, not permission for a new action.

BEFORE YOUR TRIAL ENDS

Keep what proved useful.

Try the workflows you care about during your Pro trial. Drafts, monitors, writing voice and alerts still need their own setup and permissions.

If you do not buy Pro, Keeploop returns to Free: you can keep searching and reading every source you chose, such as Mail, Calendar, Notes, Messages and Slack. Drafts, sending, monitors, writing voice and alerts need Pro. There is no automatic charge.
