Keeploop or Muse's own connectors?

Updated

Which is better, Muse's built-in connectors or Keeploop?

It depends on which assistant you want. If Muse is your only assistant, its own connectors and Mac app may be all you need: Meta says the Mac app reads Messages, Notes, Reminders, Mail and Calendar on your Mac and can act in those apps, and Muse is free with a usage limit. Keeploop fits when you want the same Mac context in several AI apps, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and Muse itself, under one set of Block, Ask or Auto rules on your Mac.
