WHAT YOU CAN ASK CLAUDE

Start with these words.

Replace Cedar, Maya and the dates with your own details. These are examples, not live results.

TRY ASKING
My next meeting is the Cedar review. Read the event, recent work mail, the shared project Slack thread and my Cedar note. Give me the latest decisions, unresolved questions and source links. Do not edit anything.

Reads Calendar, Mail, Slack and Notes.

TRY ASKING
Find the dinner confirmation in Mail and compare it with Friday's shared calendar. Check the relevant group message for arrival details. Show the sources and flag mismatches. Do not change the booking.

Reads Mail, Calendar and Messages.

TRY ASKING
Find Maya's latest question in my work mail. Draft a reply using the project note, and show me what you used. Do not send it.

Mail and Notes read access. Saving a Mail draft needs draft access and any required Mac approval.

TRY ASKING
Watch for a reply in this email thread for the next 24 hours. Ask me which available alert destination to use before creating the monitor.

Monitors are a Pro feature. Mail monitoring must be enabled. Creation and alert delivery depend on your rules, configured destinations and the Mac staying available.

HOW IT CONNECTS

On this Mac, or through one URL.

On this Mac: a local connection set up in Settings > Connect. No Keeploop server is in the path. Included in Free.

Web and phone: Claude reaches your Mac through https://mcp.keeploop.app/mcp. Keeploop's connection service passes each request to your Mac and the result back. Web and phone AI apps need Keeploop Pro or the free trial. AI apps on the same Mac work on Free.

Your Mac must be on, with Keeploop running. If it is not, Claude gets: "Your Mac is offline or asleep, so Keeploop can't reach it. Wake the Mac and make sure Keeploop is running, then try again."

Texts, notes and Slack writes and saving attachments are local only, never from a web or phone AI app. Every new web or phone AI app needs your approval on the Mac. Remove it on the Mac to revoke it.

Keeploop runs on your Mac and reads only the sources and accounts you enable. Permissions are per source, account, label, contact and app: Block, Ask (approve on the Mac each time) or Auto.

PRIVACY

Your data stays on your Mac until an AI app you connect asks for it. When you use Keeploop from a web or phone AI app, our connection service passes requests to your Mac and results back. It never stores them. One-time and MFA codes are hidden from results sent to web and phone AI apps. When your AI asks for something, the result goes to that AI provider. The provider's own data policy applies.
