# Keeploop for Instinct

Keeploop is a Mac menu bar app that gives the AI apps you already use access to the sources you choose on your Mac: Mail, Calendar, Messages, Notes, Slack, Contacts and more. It is an MCP server. You decide what each AI can see and do, and actions that matter wait for your approval on the Mac. With Instinct: Instinct has not confirmed a way to add a private MCP server. Status: Instinct is not confirmed to work with Keeploop. Until it is, use another AI app Keeploop works with: https://keeploop.app/your-ai-apps

## Privacy

- Your data stays on your Mac until an AI app you connect asks for it. When you use Keeploop from a web or phone AI app, our connection service passes requests to your Mac and results back. It never stores them.
- One-time and MFA codes are hidden from results sent to web and phone AI apps.
- Every new web or phone AI app needs your approval on the Mac. Remove it on the Mac to revoke it.
- When your AI asks for something, the result goes to that AI provider. The provider's own data policy applies.
