# One URL. Your Mac.

Add Keeploop to Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Muse or Poke on the web or your phone. Every app uses the same URL. You approve each one on your Mac.

Using an AI app on this Mac? You do not need this page. Open Keeploop, choose Settings > Connect and pick your app.

One URL for every web and phone AI app

1. ### On your Mac: sign in and pair

   1. Open Keeploop on your Mac. Choose Settings > Remote access > Sign in.
   2. Enter the 6-digit code we email you.
   3. Choose Pair this Mac. Your browser opens. Check that it shows the code on your Mac, then confirm.
2. ### In your AI app: add the URL

   Add it as a custom connector named Keeploop Remote. Then sign in to Keeploop in the browser window it opens. Pick your app below for its steps.
3. ### On your Mac: approve the app

   Approve the app on your Mac. The Mac and the browser show the same code.

Your Mac must be on, with Keeploop running. If it is not, your AI app says: "Keeploop on your Mac is offline. Open Keeploop on your Mac and try again."

STEP 2, APP BY APP

## Add the URL to your AI app.

Another app that can add a custom MCP connector by URL, with OAuth sign-in, can use the same URL. Setup varies by app.

### Claude

On this Mac, web and phone

1. Choose Add to Claude. Claude opens Add custom connector with Keeploop Remote and https://mcp.keeploop.app/mcp filled in.
2. Choose Add, then Connect. Sign in to Keeploop in the window Claude opens.
3. Approve the app on your Mac. The Mac and the browser show the same code.
4. In a chat, turn on Keeploop Remote and ask it to run check_setup.

### ChatGPT

On this Mac, web and phone

1. At chatgpt.com/plugins, choose Add, then Create custom MCP server. Name it Keeploop Remote and paste https://mcp.keeploop.app/mcp as the Server URL. Keep OAuth.
2. Sign in to Keeploop in the window ChatGPT opens.
3. Approve the app on your Mac. The Mac and the browser show the same code.
4. In your chat, enable Keeploop Remote and ask it to run check_setup.

1. Choose Add to Poke. Poke opens with Keeploop Remote and https://mcp.keeploop.app/mcp filled in.
2. Choose Create Integration and sign in to Keeploop. There is no API key to paste.
3. Approve the app on your Mac. The Mac and the browser show the same code.

### Grok

Web and phone

1. Choose Open Grok. It opens grok.com/connectors.
2. Choose New Connector, then Custom. Name it Keeploop Remote and paste https://mcp.keeploop.app/mcp.
3. Sign in to Keeploop in the window Grok opens.
4. Approve the app on your Mac. The Mac and the browser show the same code.
5. Ask Grok to run check_setup.

### Grok Bot

Web and phone

1. Open Grok Bot and send the prompt below.
2. Press Authorize on the Keeploop card, then Continue.
3. Sign in to Keeploop in the browser.
4. Approve on your Mac. The approval page and the Mac say Cursor, the company that makes Grok Bot.
5. When the browser asks to open Grok Bot, choose Open Grok Bot.
6. Ask Grok Bot to run check_setup.

### Muse

Web and phone

1. Open Muse and copy the prompt below.
2. Send the prompt to Muse. It creates a custom connector that signs in with OAuth.
3. Sign in to Keeploop in the window Muse opens. Never paste a token into chat.
4. Approve the app on your Mac. The Mac and the browser show the same code.
5. Ask Muse to run check_setup.

### Raycast

On this Mac, through the Keeploop URL

1. In Raycast, open Manage MCP Servers and choose Install New Server.
2. Name it Keeploop. Change Transport from STDIO to HTTP and paste https://mcp.keeploop.app/mcp as the URL. Leave the OAuth settings as they are.
3. Install it, then sign in to Keeploop in the browser window Raycast opens.
4. Approve the app on your Mac. The Mac and the browser show the same code.
5. In Raycast AI, ask: @keeploop what needs my reply today?

Needs Keeploop Pro or its free trial for remote use; local use is free.

### Instinct

Not confirmed

ADVANCED

## Use your own tunnel.

Prefer no Keeploop server in the path? In Settings > Remote access, choose Advanced: use my own tunnel. Keeploop walks you through Tailscale Funnel or a Cloudflare tunnel.

You get your own URL. Add it to your AI app instead of the shared one. Approval on your Mac works the same way.

Your tunnel provider's terms apply. Apps from AI app stores use the shared URL only.

## Connected when you want. Revoked when you don't.

Remove an app in Settings > Remote access to cut it off. It cannot reach your Mac again until you approve it again.
